Job Description : Job description : Urgent Hiring for : Customer Support Executive (Alarm Centre) No.of positions - 5 Work Location - Gurgaon (5 days working) Exp - 1 - 3 yrs Salary range - 2.5 lpa- 5 lpa (as per communication skills and prior experience) Selection Process - Face to Face Interview and closure on the same day Job Brief: Candidate must be having excellent written and verbal communication Dialing and receiving calls for emergency Medical and Roadside assistance cases. Coordinating with client/ Insurance partners/ Foreign patient & Global Alarm centres. Handling customer Queries and Escalations and providing them effective and appropriate resolution within the stipulated time frame. Co-ordination among teams & departments to enable business to benefit from improved Turnaround Time and Hassle-free processing Logical thinking and Reasoning approach Customer feedback, enhanced Onboarding experience and customer satisfaction survey as per client requirements Handling various client/ vendor reporting Handling various portals/ CRM Network creation Shortlisting, Finalizing and Onboarding service partner/ vendor for different LOBs.
